Aniket, who comes from Ratnagiri, has been a prolific writer since his college days. After completing his BSc in Agriculture from the Dr Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Agriculture University, he pursued higher education in journalism. Since 2008, he has worked in ‘Agrowon’, an agriculture themed daily of the Sakal media group and as deputy editor in Maharashtra Times newspaper. From 2017 onwards, he is the editor of the Positive Media’s Bytesofindia.com website. State government honored him with the Best Journalist Award (Social Media) in 2018. He is a liking for science, technology, agriculture, environment, tourism, language, literature and cuisine and regularly writes on these subjects.
